Officials App

Simplifies assigning, tracking, and communicating with referees, umpires, and other officials.

The TeamLinkt Officials App is a mobile app designed specifically for referees, and game officials to manage their schedules. They can view, accept, and reject assignments, and set availability making game day easier for leagues and officials.

Setting Availability

Officials can manage their availability so leagues know when they are able to work games.

To set availability:

  1. Tap the Availability section from the main menu.

  2. Select the days/times you’re available.

  3. Optionally block out specific dates or ranges by adding Blocked Dates.

  4. Use Overrides to set exceptions (e.g., available during a normally blocked time).

This availability is used by the league when assigning games.

Receiving and Managing Game Assignments

When a league assigns you to a game:

  • You'll receive a notification.

  • The game will appear in your Requests.

To respond:

  1. Tap the assignment.

  2. Review game details (date, time, location, teams).

  3. Tap Accept or Decline.

Accepted games will appear in the Events section of your app.

Viewing Scheduled Games

Accepted assignments appear under Events:

  • View upcoming games.

  • Tap any event to see full details (including your role and location).
