This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to manually create and manage individual events within your platform. Whether you're adding a last-minute practice or a high-stakes playoff game, here is the breakdown of how to handle "one-off" scheduling.
[00:00:00] If you need to create one-off events, you can go into the add import tab, click add events, select the type of the event the date start time teams involved, and location that event is taking place. You can always add additional rows if there's more events you want to add during this time.
[00:00:20] Following the same procedure
[00:00:24] and clicking create those events will take a couple minutes to create, but you will receive an email when they're done. They will also appear in your events tab with the ability to filter by division, teams, and locations if you need to edit any of these events, you can go through the events tab again.
[00:00:46] Click on the event itself and make any edits that you might need to. Things that you can edit are things like statistic types to maybe a playoff statistic exhibition, statistic tournament, or you can make any notes on those events or change the status from active to canceled if an event is canceled. If so, you may also choose to notify the team members.
[00:01:10] You can click that checkbox, click save, and everyone will be notified of that change.
