NOTE: Health Checks may be managed by your association/league if applicable.
By creating a health check, it will be added to each event in your team's calendar.
To create a waiver form...
From the App:
1. Click the Settings icon in the top right from your Dashboard
2. Click 'Event Waiver'
3. Set the Event Waiver Type. We recommend the TeamLinkt Waiver.
4. Set the time frame when the waiver will be available to complete. Typical is Day of Event.
5. Fill in your waiver details & click 'Save'
From the Web:
1. From a computer, go to app.teamlinkt.com and click Settings from the Dashboard
2. Click 'Event Waiver'
