Anyone on your team can create a photo album, and albums are always collaborative - meaning that everyone on your team can add their photos.
From the App:
Select the Connect tab, and then choose Photos
Click the + button in the top right corner
Name your album and hit Save.
From the Web:
Login to your account at app.teamlinkt.com, then select Connect > Photos from the left menu
Click Create Album
Name your album and hit Create
You'll then be able to add your photos.
