A frequently asked question among users is 'Why am I not receiving any notifications?'. A common answer to this problem is often linked to the initial download of the app.

When the TeamLinkt App is installed, when you open the app for the first time you will receive a prompt asking if you want to allow notifications. Many users will press Decline, and in turn receive zero notifications from the app.
