If you are a team admin looking to Email specific users on your team based on availability, we have built out a feature to help you out! This is perfect to send a message to specific players have set they will be at your upcoming game, or the people on the team who haven't set their availability yet.

To message specific users from the availability screen (in the app):

1. Open the TeamLinkt App and Hit the Schedule Tab

2. Open an Event

3. Toggle from Details to Availability

4. Click the Envelope icon Beside the group you would like to message (ex. Going, Not Going, Maybe or Unknown)

5. Type your message & Press Send
