Go to Your Team Settings by going to the Dashboard and pressing the gear icon in the top right

1. Go to Your Team Settings by going to the Dashboard and pressing the gear icon in the top right
2. Click 'Edit Team'
3. Toggle Team Chat to Off (grey)

For a team you are an admin of click "Settings" beside the team dropdown

Under "Team Details" set Team Chat to Disabled

2. For a team you are an admin of click "Settings" beside the team dropdown
3. Under "Team Details" set Team Chat to Disabled
