Seasons allow you to silo your data across years, sports, programs etc. Adding a season will provide a new canvas for:
Registration Forms and Participants
Teams and Rosters
Schedules, Scores, Standings, Statistics
Transactions
This information will not be connected to any previous seasons but previous season structures and teams can be copied during season creation (this is covered in the article below)
Create a New Season
Select the organization in the upper right that you want to create a new season under (only applicable if you manage multiple organizations. Otherwise your organization will already be selected)
Click the 'Season' drop down in the top left corner
Click Create Season
Fill out your season information. Choose a season from the Copy from Previous Season dropdown if you want to keep the divisional structure, teams and rosters from a previous season. This information will be copied into your new season upon creation.
Ensure your correct sport is selected as this will affect stats, teams, divisions, standings etc.
Click Add to create your new season.
** Your season may take a few minutes to be created but you will be notified via email when this is complete.
