The first thing you will need to determine is the Registration Form Type. This will either be Participants/Teams, Coaches/Volunteers, or Officials.

Participants/Teams: This is for registering individual participants or participants signing up an entire team. If selected, you will then select whether it is for Youth or Adult. The only difference is that Youth forms require an additional contact and Adult forms do not.

Coaches/Volunteers: For individual adults registering to coach or volunteer.

Officials: Manage official schedules, availability, payouts, roles, emailing, reports and more.

To accommodate league, school and association's different requirements and setup processes, we have built out a couple options for registration forms.

This is for organizations looking to have players, parents, and coaches all register as individuals. Teams will be created later by the league admin and all registrants will be assigned at that time.

When creating your registration form, be sure to have 'Allow Participants to Create a Team' set to 'No'.

This is a common setting for any league that forms teams after registration is complete.

Can create or join a team or register as an individual: Participant can register as an individual, create a team with the registration, or join a team with a code from a coach/manager that has already registered a team.

Can create a team or register as an individual: Can optionally create a team with their registration or register as an individual participant.

Can join a team or register as an individual: Can join a team with a code from a coach/manager that has already registered a team or register as an individual participant.

Must create a team: Must create a team with their registration form. User will select the division their team is in and enter their team name.

Must join a team: Must be given a registration join code from a coach or manager that has already registered a team, or from a league admin.

Must either create or join a team: Must create a team or join a team with a code from a coach/manager that has already registered a team.
