To add an add-on to a page:

1. Click Organization at the top and go to Website > Manage

2. Either Create a New Page or Edit a Page

3. Choose the Add-on you want to add to the page in the Page Settings section

If you have not set up the Add-on yet, you can click 'Manage Add-ons' to enter in the appropriate information:

4. Press 'Save'

Once the add-on is added, you will be able to see it on the website.
