You are able to share the information from custom questions with Team Admins once the player is assigned to a team. To make custom question information available to team admins:
1. Go to Registration & edit an existing form or create a new one
2. Click Additional Info
3. Click Add New Custom Field (or edit an existing custom field if it's already been created)
4. Select the question type and enter in the details. From there, click More Options at the bottom
5. In the Allow Team Admins to View section, select Yes - Team Admins can view
6. Click Save
