If you are appearing as your child's name in your team's group chat, it is likely that your profile was initially setup incorrectly to have your child's name linked to a parent's email address. To fix this issue:

  1. Go to your profile section in the app and confirm the name listed is your name (not your child's name)

  2. Click Save

Once you make this change, you will be interacting as yourself in the TeamLinkt app.

The child may need to be removed and added to the roster again without the parents email under the parents email. The parents email should only be listed under the contact for the player.
