Verify Vaccination Status

Confirm a person has shown documentation to an authorized admin for proof they have received a vaccine. To put simply, vax tracking.

League admins and optionally team admins can mark a person as "verified" once they've seen their documentation/proof of vaccination.

Setup:

  1. Contact your TeamLinkt Rep or email us at help@teamlinkt.com to activate this feature 📫

  2. Go to Teams > Vaccine Verification >> Settings in the upper right to choose who can manage and view this verification status.

    1. League Admins Only

    2. Team Admins (Coaches/Managers) can View the Status

    3. Team Admins (Coaches/Managers) can Manage the Status

Note: Only league admins, and optionally team admins, will be able to manage or view this verification status. Individual Team Users will not see this verification.

Using the Feature as a League Admin:

  1. Go to Teams > Vaccine Verification

  2. Find the person you've verified and set their status to be checked ✅
    (Optionally use the filters to find who you're looking for easier)

Using the Feature as a Team Admin (if turned on):

Feel free to pass along these instructions to coaches, managers, etc if you choose to allow team admins to verify vaccination status.

  1. Log in from a computer to app.teamlinkt.com

  2. Go to Roster > Verify Roster in the upper right

  3. Find the person you've verified and set their status to be checked ✅
