This article assumes you have the Officials feature enabled. Contact us at to enable Officials for your association or organization.

The only way to add officials is by having them register through our online registration forms. You can ask any additional questions you require about experience, qualifications, certificates, etc. Check out this article for more help on Registration forms

  1. Go to Registration

  2. Create a new form and set the Type to Officials / Referees

  3. Go through each section of the registration editor and fill in any relevant information.

After your officials have registered you'll be able to view / edit them when you go to the Officials tab at the top and click Officials.

Registered officials can set their availability and view assignments for events at using the same credentials they did to register.
