Roles for Officials

Define what different officials will be doing, and how many of each role are required for an event

Before you can assign officials to events, you'll need to make sure you've setup roles for them first.

Let's say we were setting up roles for our hockey officials.

  1. Go to the Officials tab at the top then Settings > Roles.

  2. Click 'Add New Role'

  3. Enter the name for the official such as Linesman or Penalty Timekeeper for our example and how much they'd be paid for officiating an event

  4. After adding all of your roles, go to Settings > Divisional

  5. Toggle through each of your divisions that use officials and enter how many of each role are needed per event.

You will now be able to assign officials to events and manage their payout amounts.
