To create an event that will appear on multiple team's schedules:

In the upper right click the Add/Import button and select Add Events

Select an event type that is not a game (Meeting, Party, Other)

You can now select multiple teams to attend the event 

1. Go to 'Schedule/Scores' &gt; Scheduling
2. In the upper right click the Add/Import button and select Add Events
3. In the upper right click Advanced
4. Select an event type that is not a game (Meeting, Party, Other)
5. You can now select multiple teams to attend the event 

AGM meetings, Photos, multiple teams can be scheduled for one event
