For any members in your organization that have filled out a registration form in TeamLinkt, you are able to send out a custom invoice. Custom Invoices are always paid via credit card by the member.

NOTE: Custom Invoices are not linked to the Registration section in any way, so any invoices paid related to registration fees will not automatically update any registration balances.

  1. Search the registrant you are wanting to invoice & click on their name under the Participants section of the search (as seen in the image)

2. Scroll down on the Update Registration Entry screen to the CUSTOM INVOICES section

3. Fill out the New Invoice & Click 'Review'

This message will then pop up, click 'Ok'

Once it is sent, the invoices will all be listed in the Custom Invoices section:
