Share teams with parent/child organizations

Once your teams are created in your organization's TeamLinkt account, they can be shared with any other organization that is linked to yours.


  1. Go to your Teams page after creating Teams

  2. Select one or more teams and click Actions

  3. Click Share Teams

  4. From there, you can choose which Organization you want to share your teams with, assign them to a specific season, and also to a specific division.

  5. Once you click Share, the team will now exist in your account, as well as the organization you shared it with. This is the same team in both accounts.

NOTE: By default, your organization is not linked to any other accounts, this can be arranged by the governing body and TeamLinkt Support.
