Sell available fields/courts/rinks/location times for purchase by members or the public.

This enables you to rent out unused facility space to teams within your organization or to the general public.

To unlock the Location Bookings Power-Up:

  1. Go to the Power-Ups area by clicking the Spaceship Icon in the upper right of your organization dashboard

  2. Click on the Location Bookings power-up

  3. Click Enable

There is more information in the power-up overview prior to purchase.

To set up the power-up for use after purchase:

Click on the Bookings tab in the left side menu. From here, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings to set rates, allowed access, waivers, policies etc.

  2. Click the Locations > Add/Import to add your location details. Be sure to fill in the Booking Rate/Hour before clicking Add.

  3. Click Add Booking Slot and fill out necessary information

  4. When your bookings details are set click Share to share your booking page URL

  5. Manage Bookings using the Edit/View buttons for each existing booking
