If you would like to rent out facility locations to teams / public, you can now do so with the Location Booking power-up.
This enables you to rent out unused facility space to teams within your organization or to the general public! Follow along these steps to start renting facility space:
The first thing you should do is configure your Location Booking Slot Settings. Navigate to Season > Location Bookings and click the blue Settings in the top right corner. Edit Location Booking Settings
Next, you will have to create a facility booking location. You can do so by following the Creating a Facility Location help article.
After creating a Facility Location, you will need to add a Location Booking Slot, which will include the booking location, time and price of the slot. This is will be what the user (Team Member or General Public) will be purchasing. To create one follow along with Adding Location Booking Slot
Once your Location Booking Slot is made and you need to make changes to the slot, you can just simply click the "Edit" button under the Actions column to change any information about the slot. If the slot is already booked, a yellow banner will appear at the top of the pop-up reminding you to tell the person who booked this about the changes. Once all the changes are made, you can click Update.
Finally, once you are happy with the Location Booking Slot, you will have to share it with your organization or the general public if you so choose. Those instructions can be found here: Sharing Location Bookings
