It can take up to 48 hours for the cashback to post back to your team. This cashback time will vary by retailer. For travel, accommodations, ticket related transactions, cashback will be issued up to 2 weeks after the stay has successfully completed. If the allotted time for the retailer has passed, you can submit a ‘Claim’ from the Shopping Trips page and the TLR’s team will review eligibility.
