Manually Adding Member Credits

You can now provide credits to members of your organization! They can use these credits during registration to receive a discount on their registration fee.

You must first enable the Member Credits in the Power-Ups page, then click Setup to configure your Member Credits. Review the note at the bottom for more information the setting your Credits Available To to Family

​Adding Credits:

  • Member - You must first search for a member of your organization. You will need to type in at least 3 letters, then you can select their name.

  • Type - You will need to have this set to Earned, so the member Earns the credits.

  • Amount - This will be the amount the member has earned.

  • Expiration Data - When the credit will expire.

  • Notes - Any notes associated with the credit

Redeeming Credits:

  • Member - You must first search for a member of your organization. You will need to type in at least 3 letters, then you can select their name.

  • Type - You will need to have this set to Redeemed, so the member redeems their credits.

  • Amount - This will be the amount the member has redeemed.

  • Notes - Any notes associated with the credit

If your Credits Available to is Family:

When you give credits to a member (Earned), those credits will not be available to their family members. Only credits earned during registration (referral) will be available to their family members.

When redeeming credits, you will need to select from a drop down which family you want to take the credits from.
