Affiliate Players add-on allows you to formalize players substituting and affiliating with other teams.
From under the Teams menu dropdown you can go to Affiliate Players to affiliate players from any of your teams to others.
You can set:
how many games an affiliate player may play with their affiliated team
how many affiliate players a team is allowed to have
the latest date that a player can be affiliated with a team
These settings can be done at a season-wide level, or customized at every level of your organization. Only organization admins with Roster managing permissions can affiliate players in your organization with other teams.
If you're an organization also using our Digital Gamesheets Power-Up, affiliate player compliance for checking into events, and tracking the events that affiliate players participate in is done automatically.
