This Feature allows you to create camps and clinics, that you can add on to your registrations form.
Requirements :
Organizations must have a connected Stripe Express account to use this feature.
This feature is currently available only to organizations located in North America.
Camps and clinics will only be visible to participants who pass the set restrictions.
Camp's start date must be set after the closing date of the registration form.
Create a Product:
Navigate to Registration tab and click Add-ons.
Click Create in the top right corner > Camp or Clinic.
Enter the General Info.
Set the Start & End date.
Select the Type from the dropdown menu.
Click Add in the Images section to upload images if needed.
Add Participants options:
You can create options to segment participants based on date, age, gender etc. The system automatically creates a default option, that can be edited if needed.
Click Edit Icon for the default option or create a custom option.
Input the relevant details.
You can limit the number of registrants that purchase the option by Enabling the Limit Option Capacity setting.
Apply restrictions based on participant Date of birth, Gender, or School Grade if needed.
Add Custom Questions:
You can also custom question to the participant options to collect more information.
Click Open Library.
Select the relevant questions > Click Select.
If you would like to add a new question to the library:
Click Open Library.
Edit Library
Edit or delete any existing questions or Add a new question to library.
Once you have finalized the details, you can Activate the Camp by changing the Status to Active.
