Sub-organizations allow you to link multiple TeamLinkt leagues together in a hierarchy. Once linked, organizations in the hierarchy can share teams, registration templates, and memberships with each other — making it easier to manage multi-league or governing body structures from a single connected account.
Note: By default, your organization is not linked to any other accounts. Linking organizations must be arranged through your governing body and TeamLinkt Support.
What Sub-Organizations Enable
Once your organizations are linked, the parent and sub-orgs in the hierarchy can:
Share teams across organizations
Share registration templates with sub-orgs
Share memberships across the hierarchy
Viewing a Sub-Org's Account
If your organization is set up as a parent org, you can access any of your sub-org accounts directly from your dashboard.
Go to Sub-Organizations in the left side navigation.
Find the sub-org you want to access.
Click Connect As next to that organization.
You will be brought into that sub-org's account and can manage it on their behalf.
