If you are looking to set up rosters for your league, association or club and not allow the teams to edit them:

Click the Season Dropdown in the top left and click Settings

Click Edit on the season you are looking to lock rosters in

Toggle Allow Team Admins to Manage Roster to No and click Update Season.

This prevents team admins from adding/removing players on the roster. Individual players can still add Contacts themselves

Disable the ability for team admins (coaches, managers, etc) to edit their rosters
