If you have recently setup your custom domain / website url and linked it to your organization account in TeamLinkt, it may need a SSL certificate still.

When trying to visit your website without a SSL certificate you may get a popup saying the site is unsecure, or a warning at the top of the browser in the url saying the site is not secured by https://

Then the next step is to contact your TeamLinkt Rep or our support team at help@teamlinkt.com with your domain name and that you need an SSL.
