New organizations start on the new Website Builder, Digital Gamesheets for games against outside teams, and smarter imports.

Features

New organizations start on the new Website Builder
Organizations signing up used to start on the classic builder and then have to move their site over. New organizations now go straight to the new Website Builder, and the Website Builder buttons take eligible organizations there too.

Digital Gamesheets for games against outside teams
Exhibition games and games against teams outside your league meant going back to paper. Scorekeepers can now use Digital Gamesheets for check-in, scoring and sign-off against Non-League Opponents, and add the other team's players and coaches on the spot. Digital Gamesheets is a Power-Up.

Website Builder: full-width sections
Sections on your Public Website always left space on each side, so banners and photos couldn't fill the screen. You can now set a section to full width so it reaches the edges.

Improvements

Choose locations when you create a Tournament
Tournaments used to assume every location was available, so you had to clean up availability afterwards. When you create a Tournament, you now pick which Locations it uses, with a quick Select All or Select None.

Smart Importer events show on every schedule
Events brought in with Smart Importer only appeared on the organization and division schedules. They now also show on each team's schedule and in the Team App.

Smart Importer recognizes outside opponents and returning teams
Games against Non-League Opponents, or against teams carried over from last season, could come in unmatched. Smart Importer now recognizes both when you import games and practices.

Import summaries take you to your new data
After an import finished, you had to go find what it created. Each summary card now links straight to your new teams, events, locations or roster members.

The right import for your divisions
Importing divisions after you've already changed your division structure could cause a mess. The divisions import now hides once you've made changes, and if you haven't, the Divisions page suggests Smart Importer to bring in teams and divisions together.

Division filters show your structure
The division filter on your Public Website schedule showed every division in one long list. It now shows your divisions in their proper levels.

Practices and evaluations show their team
Practices, evaluations and other non-game events on your Public Website schedule didn't say which team they were for. They now show the team name.

Division names in the Team App
Teams with the same name were hard to tell apart in the Team App, like two "Flames Black" teams in U11 and U13. Your team's division now shows under its name on the team home, roster and schedule screens.

Don't miss League Chat messages
Coaches could miss messages from the league because nothing showed there was something new. An unread dot now appears on the Team Chat and League Chat picker in the Team App. Finished games also stop showing a running clock in the game chat.

A smoother TeamLinkt Plus upgrade
The TeamLinkt Plus upgrade screen in the Team App now opens as a pop-up sheet, and Plus features unlock correctly for members and people on a trial.

Bug fixes

Payment options stay on when you extend a form
Extending a closed Registration Form, or cloning a Registration Group, could switch payments to offline only. Forms that collect fees now keep their online payment option.

HCR name checks ignore punctuation
Players with names like O'Brien could fail Hockey Canada membership validation because of the apostrophe. Apostrophes and other punctuation are now ignored when matching.

Outside opponents no longer lead to "page not found"
On your Public Website's scores and schedule, Non-League Opponents were clickable and led visitors to a "page not found." They're no longer clickable.

Schedule filters work with "Show all events"
Turning on "Show all events" stopped the schedule filters from working. They now work together.

iCal syncs handle messy calendars
Syncing events from an outside calendar link could fail when that calendar had formatting problems. Those syncs now go through.

The "Meet Emi" pop-up shows once
The welcome pop-up for Emi, our AI assistant, appeared every time you logged in. It now only shows once.

Need Help? opens the right article
The Need Help? link on the Season Structure page opened the wrong help article. It now opens the right one.

Dropdowns open in front of pop-ups
Some dropdowns opened behind pop-up windows, so you couldn't pick an option, and the organization switcher scrolled sideways. Both are fixed.

Updating availability no longer crashes the Team App
Updating your availability for an event could crash the Team App. It now saves normally.
