Smart Importer keeps working when you leave the page
Large imports used to mean waiting on the page until your files finished processing. Now you can start an import, close the page, and we'll email you when it's ready to review. The new In-progress imports page lets you go back to any import, or cancel it.

Website Builder: tables with real columns
Tables on your Public Website used to need each row edited one at a time, and copying data in from a spreadsheet was painful. Now you can add or remove a column once and every row updates, and you can paste rows straight from a spreadsheet.

Manual Imports, if you'd rather do it yourself
Smart Importer isn't for everyone or every job. The Smart Importer page now has a Manual Imports option to bring in teams, rosters, locations or schedules yourself using the sample spreadsheets.

"Powered by TeamLinkt" on your Public Website
Every site built with the Website Builder now shows a small "Powered by TeamLinkt" line at the bottom of the page.
Improvements
Up to 25 Affiliate Players per team
Hockey Canada allows more Affiliate Players than TeamLinkt used to, so some teams hit the limit early. You can now set up to 25 per team in Edit Affiliate Settings.

An email for each parent or guardian
Youth Registration Forms only collected one email, so second parents and guardians often weren't connected to the player. The forms now ask for an email for each parent or guardian, and their details carry through to the participant's record.
Join League works for teams already in an organization
Teams already connected to an organization couldn't use Join League to join a second league's season. A Team Admin can now join with the season's Team Invite Code.

Player emails carry over to the team
When you added a registered player to a team, their email didn't always come with them, so they couldn't connect to the team in the Team App. Their email now carries over.
Schedule imports create missing teams
Importing a schedule with Smart Importer used to leave games unmatched if a team didn't exist yet. Smart Importer now creates those teams for you.
Product order exports include everything
Product order exports were missing details that appeared in the daily order report, like customizations. The export now includes everything in the report.
Website Builder improvements
Cloned pages now show up in your Pages list, so you can move them into folders.
Placing blocks below a table, or inside grids and tabs, now lands them where you drop them.
Locations blocks stack neatly on phones instead of squeezing side by side.
Menus with sub-pages stay on screen instead of running off the edge, and the page you're on is highlighted.
Manage links take you straight to where you edit your news, executives and locations.
What's New remembers what you've read
The What's New panel used to show updates as unread again whenever you switched computers or browsers. It now remembers what you've read across all your devices.
Consistent buttons and labels
A few buttons looked and read differently from the rest of TeamLinkt. Season Structure, Waivers and the "Invite admin" banner now match.
Bug fixes
Undo stays on the right page
In the Website Builder, pressing Undo (Ctrl/Cmd+Z) could replace your page with content from a different page. Undo now only affects the page you're editing.
Footer links work on your site
Links in your footer that pointed to your own pages didn't work on your preview or live Public Website. They now open the right page.
News rotators show your news again
News rotator blocks on Public Websites had stopped showing posts. Your news now appears again.
Typing in Website Builder fields is smoother
The cursor could jump while you typed in builder fields, and pressing Enter could open a different field. Both are fixed.
Birthdates show correctly on Registration Forms
Birthdate fields on some Registration Forms showed "Invalid date." They now display and save correctly.
US zip codes accepted
When address autofill chose United States on a Registration Form, valid zip codes could be rejected. They're now accepted.
Older HCR numbers pass validation
Some players with older, shorter Hockey Canada membership numbers failed validation during registration. Those numbers now pass.
HCR roster exports include everyone
Exporting rosters to HCR could skip players who registered through TeamLinkt and had an HCR number. They're now included.
Credits Available is accurate
The Credits Available total on a member's Credits tab included expired Member Credits. It now only counts credits that can still be used.
Sport names in your language
Some sport names switched to French for English-speaking users. They now show in your own language.
Create a Tournament or Playoff before teams are added
The Create button on Tournaments and Playoffs didn't appear until a season had at least two teams. It now shows right away.
