Get participants registered before your season starts (and before you make your registration form active on your website for your entire league or association to register for), you can use our Early Registration feature.

1. Go to the Registration tab

Set up your registration form so it is Active, but the dates available are when you want the form to be available to the public. Until today's date falls between the open & close dates set, the form will not be available to register for.

Example: Today's date is November 25, 2020. You want to register a few participants prior to your season starting. The form is activated, but the open date is not until December 1, 2020.

2. Click More in the Actions column, then click Early Registration

3. Share the URL from the address bar with whoever needs to register early
