Non-Profit Organizations looking to reduce their credit card processing rates can apply for a discount in fees. Typically, accounts created in Stripe will have a 2.9% + $0.30 rate. Non-profits that are approved for a non-profit processing rate (by providing Stripe the correct documentation) are typically reduced to 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction.

Step 1: Apply for a Non-Profit Discount through Stripe (here's how)

Step 2: Message your TeamLinkt account representative (or help@teamlinkt.com) and let us know you have received a discounted rate. From there, we must manually adjust your processing rates accordingly to match what is present in Stripe.

NOTE: Discounted processing rates do not apply to your TeamLinkt account automatically. If you skip step 2, your account will still be charging 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
