To update the status of a request:
Go to the Responses tab.
Use the filters to find the response by the concerned form or status.
Click View & Update on the response you want to modify.
Scroll to the bottom and update the status.
Note: If Response Availability is set to Public, the status of the sanction request can be viewed using the response link. You can access the response link by going to Sanctions > Share in the upper-right corner.
