The Sanctions feature allows leagues to create custom forms for members to submit requests that require approval or sanctioning by the league.

Requirements:

  • To access and use the Sanctions power-up, your organization must be subscribed to Teamlinkt's Operations Bundle.

  • If you are subscribed to the Operations Bundle but cannot see the Sanctions tab, please ensure the power-up is enabled in Organization Settings > Power-ups and check that it is not hidden under Preferences.

Getting Started:

To get started with Sanctions, begin by creating a Sanction form:

  1. Click the Add button in upper right corner.

  2. Complete all required fields as outlined in the instructions.

  3. Type: Select the type of request this form will handle. Currently, you can choose from the following options:

    1. Tournament.

    2. Exhibition game.

    3. Out of Town Practice.

  4. Availability: Select who is able to submit a request through this form:

    1. Public: Anyone with the link to this form can submit a request.

    2. Team Admins Only: When this option is selected, the system will:

      • Prompt members to log in.

      • Display all the teams for which they have admin rights.

      • Allow them to choose the team they want to submit a request for.

If the member doesn’t have admin rights for any team, no teams will be displayed—preventing non-admins from submitting a request.

  5. Response Availability : Select who is able to view the response Status :

    1. Public: Anyone with the response link will be able to view the request's status.

    2. Private: Only the league admins can view the status of the responses.

Next Steps:

Once you have created your Request forms, you are ready to share the link to the Sanctions Page:

  1. To access the link, Click Share in top right corner.

  2. You can View the submitted responses under Sanctions > Reposes tab.
