General Registration Link (Access to All Forms)
This link can be used to send users to your registration page that exists on your website/the general link to all your open registration forms.
Click on Registration in the left side navigation of your dashboard
Locate and Click the More button in the upper right hand side of your screen next to the New Registration button.
Click Share Forms
Copy the Link and Share with your Members
Form Specific Links (Individual Forms)
These Links can be used to give access to specific forms and for certain purposes
Standard Form URL (A Link to a Specific Form to be Used for Registration)
Click the Registrations tab
Find the form you are looking to share
Scroll to the right to expose the More button and click on it
Click Get Share Link
Copy the Standard Form URL and share with users
Offline Payment URL (For Forms that are Only offering an Online Payment Option)
Click the Registrations tab
Find the form you are looking to share
Scroll to the right to expose the More button and click on it
Click Get Share Link
Copy the Offline Payment URL and share with users that are needing an alternative to pay offline.
Late Registration Links (For Forms that are not currently open but a user is needing access to the form to register)
Navigate to the registration form in your TeamLinkt account.
Click on the More option for the concerned form menu.
Select Share from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Late Registration link and copy it.
Share this link directly with the participants who need to register late.This process allows users to register even after the original registration period has ended, without requiring you to modify the form’s open or close dates.
Common Scenarios for Late Registration
A participant missed the original registration deadline but still wants to join.
You need to accommodate additional participants after the form has closed.
Special cases where reopening the form for everyone is not ideal.
