This video provides an overview of general reporting in TeamLinkt. It explains how to access the reporting area from the left-hand navigation and view recently run reports, classic reports, and custom report options. The video walks through using built-in classic reports for financial and member data, as well as creating custom reports by selecting a report type, applying advanced filters, grouping data, and customizing columns. It also highlights where to find payout-related information under the Banking settings.
[00:00:00] Welcome to general team length reporting. The reporting area can be toggled through the left side navigation. Be sure that you have your preferences set that has, reporting turned on so that you can see it there. Once you click on reporting, you'll receive a screen that is just a general reporting overview.
[00:00:17] This will have any reports that you've ran. Most recently, as well as access to create your own reports or visit any classic reports you wish to. If you click on classic reports, we do have a number of reports built in here, such as all transactions, all payments, all refunds, things that are financially related or if you want general reporting on your members, memberships, teams, and so on.
[00:00:41] When it comes to creating your own reports, there's a couple pieces of information that we require right off the bat. The name of the report and what it is that you're trying to report on. We have a number of categories that exist within here. Typically, the ones that are most used are regarding memberships, membership types, registration participants, and banking transactions.
[00:00:59] Once you decide where you're gonna report on, it gives a system enough information to be able to pull the details that you want. Within this, you'll have the option to use advanced filters. There's a whole list of filtering that you can do here. If you're looking for, specific transaction types, you'll be able to have a variety of rules that you set in here and select the pieces that you want to report on.
[00:01:21] You do have the option to multi-select in here as well. Once you run that report using the run button in the upper right corner, you can also group data for general summaries or edit the columns that you want to be able to view if you're looking for anything related to payouts. Go to the settings area, going to banking, and you will go to, the area called payouts.
