You can go to Settings > Banking, and then edit your banking to set a minimum balance of any amount you choose.
You will not receive any payouts from Stripe while on a scheduled payout (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and your Stripe balance is below your Stripe minimum balance.
If you're on manual payouts, any amount you request will ignore whatever you have set for your Stripe minimum balance.
While on an automatic payout schedule you will receive any amount over your Stripe minimum balance.
This is useful during registration when refunds are more common and you do not want to wait to top up your Stripe balance from your Bank account to process necessary refunds.
If you'd like the remaining amount of your Stripe balance paid out to you, you can always set your minimum balance back to $0 and anything remaining will be included in your next scheduled payout.
