The Prospects Area is essentially your "abandoned cart" for registrations. It tracks potential participants who started the process but didn't quite make it to the finish line, giving you the tools to help them complete their sign-up.
[00:00:00] The prospects area is a place where you can see anyone that has attempted the completion of a registration form, but never fully completed the process. we're letting you know which people have abandoned their form
[00:00:12] in this area, we have a list of their activities and how far they made it into the registration process, For example, some made it to the payment page before abandoning it, while others only made it through participant info. This information allows you to check in on any of these prospects
[00:00:28] You can message any of them to see, Hey, have you had any issues registering through the form? Is there any information I can help you with? if you want to do that you can select any of them with the checkbox next to their name. Click actions and message those
[00:00:42] prospects. you can mark any of them as incomplete to change their status. Mark them as canceled if they've notified you that they're not interested in playing this year, this area will update automatically, if any prospects reenter the form and fully complete it, they will no longer appear as incomplete and will instead hold a status of complete
[00:01:02] it is very important that if you want to customize any of your registration forms and edit the prospect's behavior you can edit any of these groups. Go to notifications, and in this prospects area you can set an automatic reminder to any of the prospects to complete their registration if they've abandoned it for any reason
