What is Registration Insurance?

Registration insurance is an optional add-on that registrants can purchase during the registration process. If a registrant is forced to cancel due to an unforeseen covered circumstance, the insurance will reimburse their non-refundable registration fees.

The most common covered reasons include:

  • Illness or injury

  • Traffic accidents

Note: Registration transaction fees are not covered by registration insurance.

Registrants can file a claim directly with vertical insure and receive an email once they've purchased insurance that contains instructions on how to file a claim.
