Features
More control over your website's Schedule block
The Schedule block in the new Website Builder showed at most 24 events, and its division filter only offered one level, which made full league schedules hard to show. You can now show up to 50 events per page with paging always on, filter by any division level (like U11 or U11 > AA), and filter by team, with teams listed alphabetically.
See camp and product totals in participant exports
Reconciling what families spent on camps and products meant matching participant exports against separate order reports. Participant exports, Registration Form and Registration Template exports, and custom reports now include a Camps total and a Products total for each participant.

Smart Importer for admins with limited access
Smart Importer only worked for full admins, and everyone else saw a message asking them to request a permission that didn't exist. Admins with limited permissions can now use it for the kinds of data they already manage. The upload page shows which types they can import, and anything outside their permissions is skipped.

Improvements
Chat with us from the Website Builder and Smart Importer
The chat bubble didn't show in the new Website Builder or on Smart Importer, so getting help meant leaving the page. It now appears there and on the other newer pages of the Organization Web App.
Suspensions open quickly for large organizations
For organizations with thousands of players or many Shared Teams, choosing New Suspension could freeze the page before the Add Suspension window opened. It now opens without the wait.
Hockey tournament stats sort by points
The Stats tab on public hockey tournament pages listed players by penalty minutes, and visitors couldn't re-sort it. It now lists players by points (PTS) first.
A Learn more link on the parental consent prompt
The parental consent prompt you see when importing people had nowhere to learn more about what you're confirming. It now links to a help article on verifiable parental consent, in Smart Importer and the other import pages.
Bug fixes
Smart Importer reads your Division column
Importing into a season whose divisions hadn't been changed could create divisions from the Team Name column and leave teams unassigned. Smart Importer now builds divisions from the Division column.
Imported events show up in Location filters
Events brought in with Smart Importer could be missing when you filtered the schedule or Location availability by Location, and editing one showed no Location selected. They now show up with their Location.
Team events show in every schedule view
Some events a team scheduled were missing from that team's schedule on the organization side, even though they showed in the Team App and on the Schedule page filtered by team. Every view now shows the same events.
Participant filters carry through to emails
On the Participants page, the record count and the "All" option in Email Participants ignored Custom Question filters, and the email screen could show the wrong filter summary. They now match the filters you applied, so "All" means everyone in your filtered list.
Uploaded files open from participant records and roster exports
Files uploaded through a Custom Question, like health ID forms, could be missing from participant records, and the links in Team Admins' roster exports didn't open. Files now show on the record, and the export links work.
Payment Plans count every payment after a transfer
When a participant moved to a different Registration Form and got a new Payment Plan, the new plan didn't count payments made on the cancelled one and showed fees inconsistently. It now counts those payments and shows the fees already paid.
Payments show the amount actually charged
A participant's Payments & Refunds table could show a different amount from what was charged to the card, for example when a Late Fee was involved. It now shows the amount that was charged.
One refund record per payment dispute
A single disputed payment could add several refund records to a participant's record, even though only one refund was issued. Each dispute now records one refund.
Large website schedules load again
Schedule blocks set up with lots of divisions or teams could fail to load on your Public Website. They now load normally.
Schedule block selections stick, and teams look right
In the Schedule block, ticking a division didn't select its teams, and adding a team to a division could clear your selections. On phones, long Location names could hide the team names, and team logos showed as letters. All of these are fixed.
Player stats show on your website's Stats page
Individual player stats were missing from the Stats page on websites built with the new Website Builder. They now show.
Your favicon shows on your website
The favicon you picked in the Website Builder's Brand settings never appeared on your published site, so browser tabs showed a blank icon. It now shows on every page.
Tabs no longer get cut off
In the Tabs layout, the first tab's label could be clipped ("etting Started"), and tabs got squeezed on smaller screens. Tabs now show in full.
Every page shows in the Website Builder
Some pages, like a Board of Directors page, didn't show in the Website Builder's page list, so you couldn't edit them. They now appear.
Pages show in your language
Some newer pages, like Locations and blocks in the new Website Builder, showed in French even when your account was set to English. They now follow your language setting.
Tournament stats show every player
On public tournament pages, Next and Previous on the Stats tab didn't change the list, so visitors only saw the first 25 players. They now page through everyone.
Audit History shows the right details
In a Registration Group's Audit History, the Event and When columns were swapped. They're now in the right place, and each entry summarizes which fields changed.
Photo notifications open the photo in the Team App
Tapping a notification that someone liked or commented on a photo opened the Team App but not the photo. It now takes you to it.
